We value every order and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Since most of our products are custom-made and personalized, please take a moment to read our return and refund guidelines below.


🧵 Customized & Personalized Items

All customized and made-to-order items (such as personalized family shirts, name prints, or themed designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
This is because each order is made specifically for you, based on the design, name, and size details you provide.

Please make sure to double-check your:

  • Size selection

  • Spelling of names or texts

  • Design choice

before confirming your order.


⚠️ Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Kindly provide the following:

  • Clear photos or videos of the item showing the issue

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Replacements will only be processed for valid defects or wrong item deliveries confirmed by our team.


🚫 No Return / Refund Due To

  • Change of mind or incorrect order details provided by the customer

  • Slight color differences due to screen display variations

  • Minor print placement differences or small imperfections within production standards


📦 Return Process (If Applicable)

If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions via email or message.
Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • Sent back within 7 days after approval

Shipping fees for returns may apply depending on the situation.


💸 Refund Processing

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method or through store credit, depending on your preference.
